Consumer Mission Statement and Policy
PhD Pharmacy is committed to providing consumers with high-quality pharmaceutical
products prescribed by licensed medical doctors at a significant discount
from identical products sold by traditional retail pharmacies.
PhD Pharmacy realizes that its customers are its most important asset,
and that by treating our customers with respect, courtesy, and timely
and accurate responses, we will be rewarded with a continuing stream of
return clients as well as referrals from satisfied clients.
Therefore, we pledge the following:
- To treat each customer as we ourselves would want to be treated
- To provide full information and disclosure to each customer, to the best of our knowledge, in response to any inquiry or question
- To promptly honor any requests for replacement of damaged items received by customers, working with our shipping partners
- To investigate promptly any reported errors in pricingBecause of the
nature of dispensed pharmaceuticals, and in accordance with the requirements
of the United States Food and Drug Administration, no pharmaceuticals
can be returned for a refund of the purchase price, unless the dispensed
pharmaceuticals were dispensed in error. However, a customer may receive
credit on future purchases for all or a portion of the purchase price,
in our sole judgment.
In compliance with Federal Law, all prescription medicine will be dispensed in child-proof containers, unless otherwise requested by the consumer. Further, all containers are labeled to reflect dosages and dosage schedules, and will include any required Drug Interaction Information Disclosures.
