Our payments – sharing your information with the Insurance provider or others and sometimes Local Authorities, and only limited information to those external to the check the accuracy of payments and dispensing/

Management – sharing only limited information with the Insurance companies and others and sometimes government authorities; as well as those who ensure we maintain appropriate professional and service standards and that your declarations and ours are accurate.

We hold your information for as long as advised by the HIPPA regulations . You have a right to a copy of the information we hold about you, generally without charge. You may seek to correct any inaccurate information.

Loyalty & Healthcare reward card - Where you have registered for any card schemes we will limit the data and marketing to only the services and healthcare areas you have indicated as well as special promotions.
